The assessment measures sustainability achievements and industry best practices for listed property companies, private property funds, developers, and direct real estate investors. The GRESB Public Disclosure Assessment emphasises transparency among listed real estate companies and REITs concerning their ESG commitments. Together, these assessments drive accountability and reinforce ESG leadership across the industry, with GRESB conducting annual evaluations that evolve to meet the emerging needs of the real assets investment community.
