Extraordinary General Meeting on 16 Dec 2025

Manulife US REIT (MUST) will be convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 16 December 2025, and seeks Unitholders' support to vote on both resolutions for:

  • The proposed adoption of a disposition mandate pursuant to the Growth and Value Up Plan to authorise the disposal of the Existing Properties; and
  • The proposed adoption of an acquisition mandate pursuant to the Growth and Value Up Plan to authorise acquisitions and investments within the broadened investment mandate of Manulife US REIT
